Welcome to HanziLearning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HanziLearning mobile application and related services. By using HanziLearning, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using HanziLearning, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use HanziLearning. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of HanziLearning constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

To use certain features of HanziLearning, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. HanziLearning may allow you to submit content such as study notes, comments, or feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant HanziLearning a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the service.

HanziLearning and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from HanziLearning without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: - Use HanziLearning in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of HanziLearning - Use HanziLearning to transmit harmful code or content - Interfere with the proper functioning of HanziLearning - Engage in any activity that could harm other users or us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HanziLearning at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use HanziLearning will immediately cease.

HanziLearning is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that HanziLearning will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of HanziLearning.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
